The short version
What does commercial refrigeration service cover?
Commercial refrigeration keeps food and drinks at safe temperatures: walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, prep tables, bar coolers and ice machines. It runs around the clock, so small problems turn into lost product fast.
Why it matters
- A warm walk-in can cost a day’s inventory
- Clean condensers and working defrost keep compressors alive
- Good gaskets and controllers stop icing and warm boxes
- Health inspections depend on holding temperature
Who it’s for

Real Omni jobs. We don’t name customers.
What we see most
Walk-in warming up
Iced evaporators, failed fan motors, bad door gaskets, low charge. We find it and get it cold.
Ice machine down
Scale, water issues, failed pumps or a unit at end of life. We repair or replace, including undercounter units.
Condensing unit trouble
Dirty condenser coils, failed fan motors and bad contactors, especially on rooftop and alley units.
Product at risk
Tell us what’s at stake when you call so we can prioritize.
Leaks
Leak search, repair and proper recharge, not just topping it off.
Old equipment
When repairs stop making sense, we size new equipment for how you actually use it.
Recent refrigeration work
- Walk-in cooler for a new Seattle restaurant: new walk-in refrigeration system with evaporator, condensing unit and controls, installed as part of a full restaurant build-out with VRV and a kitchen hood.

- Ongoing service: walk-ins, reach-ins, prep tables, bar coolers and ice machines for restaurants under maintenance agreements.
Repair, maintain, replace
We diagnose fast, carry common parts, and keep you posted while we work. For refrigeration we recommend a maintenance schedule, since clean coils and checked circuits are what keep product safe. When it’s time to replace, we’ll size the new equipment for how you actually use it.
